As African ~Americans there are so many images that portray us as the ULTIMATE TABOO for many reasons or ideals passed as FACT....There are numerous POSITIVE images that we can draw on ..but for some odd reason we WORK to become the biggest BAPHOON....It is through Acceptance of our TRUE Self as a PEOPLE with RICH HISTORY. We originate from the most RESILIENT NATIONZ ON THE PLANET... Our history consist of WARRIORS, QUEENS, ENTREPRENURS, BUSINESSMEN/WOMEN, PIONEERS,SURGEONS, ETC....Yet we are lost. Are values are nothing short of LUNACY. Now we can use the argument of lost fathers and mothers to DRUGS,CRIME ETC..but let's remind ourselves that our ANCESTORS were stolen from their land , sold away from their MOTHER ,FATHER ,SISTER ,BROTHER etc. Through all of that they were able to RISE and maintain INTEGRITY...by accepting LOVING BELIEVING IN SELF.
